Mrs. Peters has held key Information Technology Consulting positions with a number of technology start-ups and large fortune 1000 corporations including Carrier Corporation, Wurld Media, and Phillip Morris, among others since 1996.

Monica develops solutions with voice recognition, artificial intelligence, mobile technologies, internet technologies and more, specifically to support endangered languages and modern lifestyles that respect individual cultural aspects.

In the mid 1970s, as a young girl, Monica programmed her first chatbot on her father's Tandy TRS-80, that he purchased from the local Radio Shack in the small town of Massena New York.
