1. Contact me and schedule a consultation with me.
• In Person Consultations; Upstate New York, Southern Ontario, Southern Quebec areas.
• Other Locations:  I can travel to any location as needed.  Phone, Online Office with whiteboard, Instant Messenger, Video Conferancing, Skype, Net Meetings also available.
2. Consultation Fee includes the following:
• Discuss your project requirements, budget, goals, target audience, and timeframe with me.
• I will create a written proposal for you that gives you a few options to proceed. 
• I can usually supply you with the proposal (emailed) within 3 to 5 days after our consultation.
• Proposal includes planned timeframe, cost breakdown, technical documentation, reasoning behind the suggestions, and comparisions.
3. Next, you can decide if you would like to hire me to complete the work as proposed.  The written proposal I create for you, is yours to keep and will be helpful for your project, no matter who you choose to complete the work.

You can use paypal to reserve your consultation with me, after we have scheduled a time, and negotiated a budget that is good for both of us.

• I schedule myself according to my clients that are able and willing to pay in advance for my commitment and investment.
• I can travel to any location in most any country.  You are required to pay for an open 2-way plane ticket, rental car or taxi, and hotel accomodations during the time that you require me to work from your physical location.
• I do have a fully equipped private home office with all of the latest and greatest gadgets and software to ensure that all of my applications are fully tested and verified to be stable, sleek, professional, and awesome on all platforms and browsers.
• I do use instant messengers, cell phone, skype, video conferancing, and most any communication tool that is needed to be in 24/7 contact with the client that I am currently working with. 
• My work hours are typically Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm e.s.t., unless we have negotiated differantly for varying timezones.
• I send you an email invoice with details of the work that you are paying me for, including the project schedule, deadlines, and expectations.
• I begin the work as detailed in your email invoice, after I receive full payment to my paypal account.
